There’s a common problem with the earlier V8 Vantage (2005-2007), when factory fitted Bluetooth hands free has been fitted. The audio will cut out from the front speakers on one side or the other on the car. The way to tell if it is the fault of the switcher unit is to wait until a speaker cuts out and then stamp your foot on the passenger floor. If the speaker comes back to life, then the relay is faulty and needs replacing. To fix this, Aston released an updated Bluetooth Switcher Kit. These are easy to install and fix the problem right away. You can leave the existing unit in place, disconnect the white plug and simply connect in the new unit.
