Description
This replaces the early iPod cables on 2008 and early 2009 cars that didn’t charge iPhones and iPods when Apple did an update to the charge socket. By replacing the UIP socket and lead this got around the problem.
The convertor connectors to go from 30pin dock connector to lightning are no longer available from Apple and other copies do not work well. If you purchase the cable for your car, it’s better used with a Bovee tune2air device so you can stream wirelessly to the car, this can be done on both iOS and Android devices. – Bovee Tune2Air Bluetooth Streaming receiver – Aston Installations Ltd
